Baked Pasta Family Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    3/4 c. red spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. brown gravy (homemade beef or canned)
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 lb. penne pasta (short pasta tubes)
    1 c. Swiss cheese (for top), grated
Preparation
    In a large pan brown beef and garlic in oil.
    Saute meat until tender and drain excess fat.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except cheese (for top) and pasta.
    Simmer the mixture while pasta cooks until barely tender.
