Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1lb. steak
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 green peppers, sliced in 1/8-inch pieces
    1 c. beef bouillon (use 1 cube and dissolve in water)
    1 c. drained tomatoes (canned)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak in 1/8-inch slices.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In large skillet, heat oil and add steak, chopped onion and minced garlic and brown.
    Add sliced pieces of pepper and bouillon. Cover and simmer until cooked.
    Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes more.
    Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and water and add to cooked steak and peppers.
    Cook until liquid is thickened.
    Serve with cooked rice.
