Lasagna - cooking recipe

Lasagna extra wide
29 oz. tomato sauce
1 qt. canned tomato
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
salt and pepper
Ricotta cheese
Mozzarella, grated
Parmesan
9 x 14 in. pan
Preparation
-
Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Brown the ground meat, add onion that has been cut in small pieces and garlic cut small and parsley. Brown and add tomato sauce and canned tomatoes.
Simmer 30 minutes.
