Spaghetti Al Olio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 large cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 (2 oz.) bottle capers (rung out)
    1 1/2 or 2 (2 oz.) cans anchovies
    1/4 to 1/2 c. fresh parsley
    1 lb. cooked spaghetti
    good fresh grated cheese
Preparation
    Put all sauce ingredients in frypan.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Then mash with fork to break up anchovies and capers. Add 1/3 cup of water and let cook, slowly, about 15 to 20 minutes. (Don't burn that garlic.)
    Pour over cooked spaghetti with lots of grated cheese.
    (May want to save a little boiled water from spaghetti to add if dish is too dry, as grated cheese is drying.
    I usually don't need the extra water.)
