Potato-Vegetable Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry scalloped potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1/4 tsp. celery seed
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place dried potatoes from mix in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with the envelope of sauce mix from package.
Top with frozen mixed vegetables, onion and celery seed.
Pour boiling water over all; stir until well combined.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Cover.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until potatoes are tender, about 35 minutes.
Uncover; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
