Spaghetti Sauce(Makes 10 To 12 Quarts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes, made into juice (ripe)
    4 or 5 green peppers, grated in blender
    8 or 9 onions
    5 cans tomato paste
    1/4 to 1/2 c. salt
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 c. sugar
    1 pt. cooking oil
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    hot sauce or hot pepper to taste (if desired)
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients in a large kettle and boil moderately for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir often so it won't scorch.
