Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer or 4 chicken breasts
1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 med onion, chopped
1 cup cream of chicken soup
chicken broth
2 eggs
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil chicken and debone.
Place in the bottom of a casserole dish, after cutting up in small pieces.
Put stuffing mix in large bowl, pour milk over and let stand for about 15 minutes.
Add remainder of ingredients and pour on top of chicken.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
