Pan Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. beef (chuck roast)
    1 gal. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    4 oz. chili powder
    garlic to taste
    meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Cut meat into bite-sized pieces.
    Sprinkle with tenderizer. Place in big pan; add rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for several hours.
    Have plenty of bread for good sopping!
