1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Bottom Layer: Mix together the butter (melted), chopped pecans and coconut and place in 9 x 13 pan.
