Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. canned pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Line a jelly roll pan with waxed paper and coat the paper with shortening.
    Mix until smooth the pumpkin, eggs, sugar, flour and soda.
    Pour onto pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    While hot, flip pan onto kitchen towel.
    Remove the waxed paper and roll with towel like jelly roll.
    Refrigerate one hour.
