North Dakota Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pitted dates, whole
    1 lb. pecans or walnuts, whole
    1 lb. Brazil nuts, whole
    1 can dark red pitted cherries, drained
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in 2 well-greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
