Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 c. cottage cheese (cream-style)
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, pepper and Cheddar cheese. A dash of cayenne pepper is also suggested.
    Mix well.
    Stir in drained macaroni.
    Spoon mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole dish; cover.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 45 minutes. Uncover casserole; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
