Caramel Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. peeled and cored apples, sliced
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine oil and sugars.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Combine dry ingredients and add to batter.
Stir well and fold in apples, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Put on wire rack to cool.
