Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut
    1 small can pimento
    1 green bell pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 onion
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Squeeze and wring out all juice from kraut.
    Cut pimento in fine strips.
    Chop green pepper and celery.
    Finely chop onion. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Place in covered container.
    Will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
