Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes (about 2 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into large pieces.
    Place in a 2-quart baking pan.
    Pour butter over potatoes; toss until they are well coated.
    Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
