Microwave Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 c. long grain rice
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. instant minced onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in 2-quart microproof casserole. Cover and place in oven. Cook on 100% power for 5 minutes.
Cook on 50% power for 13 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Stir through before serving.
