Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. or 18 oz. peanut butter
Preparation
    Cook sugar, milk and salt over medium heat to a soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and peanut butter.
    Beat until thick.
    Pour on greased cookie sheet.
    Cool; cut into squares.
