Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked slightly
    1 stick oleo
    1 small onion, sauteed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Drain and cool broccoli.
    Mix broccoli, soup, milk, salt, pepper, rice, onion and 1/2 of cheese.
    Pour into baking dish and use rest of cheese on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
