Ingredients

2 Tbsp. skim milk
1/4 c. egg substitute
2 slices diet bread
pinch of lite salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. artificial sweetener (optional)
1/8 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Combine milk with egg substitute, lite salt and vanilla.
Add sweetener and cinnamon for alternate flavor, if desired.
Spray skillet with nonstick spray.
Heat.
Dip diet bread in egg mixture, then onto hot skillet.
Brown on both sides.
Top with sugar free syrup.
Serves 1.
