Curried Corn With Red Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, chopped
    1 large sweet red pepper, cut into slivers
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
    1 1/2 c. corn kernels
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook bacon until crisp.
    Add sweet pepper and cook, stirring until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Add curry powder, salt, pepper and cream.
    Add corn; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Tastes great with ham steak.
