Flemish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops 1-inch thick
    4 tbsp. butter
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    3/4 c. white wine
    3/4 c. chicken stock or water
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sharp prepared mustard
Preparation
    Brown chops in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Place in 2-quart casserole with lid.
    Add onion slices to skillet in which chops were browned and cook until transparent.
    Add wine and stock; cook 1 minute.
    Pour the liquid and onions over chops.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
