Squash Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. yellow squash
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 stick oleo
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    7 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat squash and milk in saucepan until bubbles form around edges.
    Add oleo and stir.
    Stir in sugar and salt.
    In large bowl, mix 4 cups flour and yeast.
    Stir in squash/milk mixture.
    Add flour to make dough stiff enough to knead dough.
    Knead 5 minutes until elastic.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Punch down.
    Bake and brush with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes for bread or 15 to 20 minutes for rolls.
