Shrimp Stuffer Merlitons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 merlitons
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. peeled, deveined, small raw shrimp
1 c. wet bread, squeezed
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. minced fresh parsley
3/4 c. finely sliced green onions and tops
salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
Italian bread crumbs
Preparation

Cut merlitons in half and remove seed.
Parboil until fork-tender.
Scoop out meat and place shells on greased baking sheet.
