Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. wild rice, cooked
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 lb. turkey breakfast sausage, cooked
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried sage
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In medium-sized skillet, over
    medium heat, saute bacon until almost crisp; add onion, celery and mushrooms.
    Continue cooking until vegetables are tender.
    In a large bowl, combine bacon mixture, wild rice, bread crumbs, sausage, oregano and sage. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
