Party Pecan Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted and divided
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream 1/4 cup of confectioners sugar and butter in mixing bowl until smooth. Add vanilla; blend well. Add flour and salt; blend well. Stir in pecans. Cover with aluminum foil. Refrigerate about 1 hour.
