Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed cooked chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    3 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except cheese and potato chips). Toss lightly and spoon into 1-quart casserole. Spread cheese and chips on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until heated through and brown on top. Cut into squares and serve.
