Carrot Salad With Raisins, Nuts & Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans or peanuts
    3/4 tsp. salt
    freshly ground black pepper
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 large carrots
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients
    except carrots.
    Place carrots on ice for 1 hour.
    Grate them coarsely into a bowl.
    Add and mix lightly.
    Place the salad in
    a
    bowl.
    Pour
    over it 1 cup or more sour cream.
    Toss the salad if you wish.
