Peanut Marshmallow Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. salted peanuts, chopped coarse
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cream sugars with butter and peanut butter.
Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix well.
Press into bottom and 1/4-inch up sides of an ungreased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
Spread Marshmallow Creme over crust.
Use wet knife to spread evenly to 1/2-inch from side of pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and peanuts over Marshmallow Creme.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes until light golden brown.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
