Florentine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 c. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 3/4 cup boiling water.
    Add 1/2 cup cold water.
    Stir in vinegar, salad dressing and salt and cool until almost firm.
    Beat.
    Then add spinach (drained), onion, celery and cottage cheese.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut in squares and serve on salad greens.
