Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler-fryer chickens (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) bottle red Russian dressing
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix (Osterize) dressing, soup mix and preserves.
    Blend for 2 minutes.
    Pour over chicken in large shallow baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Baste occasionally with pan drippings.
    Serve over hot noodles or plain rice.
