Schezwan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 bottle tiger sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    Schezwan peppercorns
    1 Tbsp. fish sauce
    2 Tbsp. tamari sauce
    2 boned and sliced chicken breasts
    1/4 c. peanut oil
Preparation
    Combine chicken broth, tiger sauce, cornstarch and fish sauce and set aside.
    In wok add peanut oil.
    Sprinkle Schezwan peppercorns in hot oil.
    Add chicken and sprinkle with tamari sauce, quick-fry.
    Add liquid and cook 1 minute.
    Serve over rice.
