Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    3 hard-cooked eggs
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, water and undiluted soup together.
    Stir in chicken, onion, almonds, green pepper and salt.
    Carefully add sliced eggs.
    Place in greased casserole dish; top with potato chips and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 10.
