Pastry For Double-Crust Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. Crisco
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
    Cut in Crisco until it resembles crumbs.
    Make a well in the center of the mixing bowl; add the egg, water and vinegar.
    Beat with mixer.
