French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    3 whole eggs, well beaten
    1 can flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar and margarine, then flour, milk and eggs into that mixture.
    Add coconut and pour into an unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
