Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

6 c. cornbread crumbs
6 c. biscuit or loaf bread crumbs
3 tsp. sage
1 tsp. black pepper
3/4 stick margarine
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
6 c. hot chicken broth
6 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Mix cornbread and loaf bread crumbs.
Add sage and pepper.
Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat.
Add celery and onion.
Cook until tender.
Add onion and celery mixture to bread crumbs and stir.
Beat eggs and add to mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center.
