White Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 1/4 cups sifted cake flour
6 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 cups white sugar
8 egg whites
1 cups white sugar
1 cup shortening
2 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp almond extract or flavor of choice
1 tsp clear vanilla
2 tsp vanilla instant pudding powder

Preparation

Sift together flour, 2 cups sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanilla pudding.
Beat egg whites in another bowl until fluffy and mix in 1 cup sugar (keep cold)!!!
