Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    about 6 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Add shortening and mix to make dough. Add water as needed, one tablespoon at a time.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pie shells.
