Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can green beans
    1 (16 oz.) can wax beans
    1 (16 oz.) can French beans
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
    Let set in a refrigerator overnight. Salt and pepper to own taste.
