Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 2/3 c. shortening (I use butter Crisco)
    2/3 c. milk or buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix well the bananas, eggs, shortening, sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, alternating with milk.
    Grease and flour pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes for layer cake, 45 to 50 minutes for 9 x 13-inch oblong.
    Frost as desired.
