Cheesy Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round sourdough bread
    2/3 c. chopped red or green peppers
    1/3 c. celery
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and squeezed
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cut slice from top of bread, remove center, leaving 1-inch shell.
    Cut removed bread into bite size pieces; reserve.
    Brush inside of shell and pieces with melted margarine.
    Place on cookie sheet with reserved bread and brown in oven.
