Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. pears, peeled and sliced thin or chopped
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix together all ingredients and spoon into well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from pan and cool.
Top with glaze.
