Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. cold water

Preparation

This cake can be mixed right in the pan, or if you wish, in a bowl.
