Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. chicken broth
Preparation

To begin, flatten the chicken by placing it between two sheets of waxed paper and pound it with a mallet.
Sprinkle the chicken with the salt and pepper.
