Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced cooked potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. minced green onion
    garlic to taste
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Sprinkle potatoes with half the salt.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic and remaining salt; fold in potatoes. Pour into buttered casserole; top with cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
