Broccolini Veggie Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
    1 red pepper, cored and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/3 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
Preparation
    In saucepot in enough boiling water to cover, cook broccolini 5 minutes; drain.
    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook garlic and pepper in oil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add broccolini, lemon pepper, oregano and wine; cover.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with pine nuts.
    Makes 8 servings.
