Chicken Enchilada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can chopped green chiles
1 c. chicken broth
3 lb. chicken, boiled and deboned
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. shredded Longhorn cheese
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Combine with soups, broth and chiles. Add chicken and beat well.
