Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans tomato paste (6 oz.; 3 cans if desired)
2 to 3 c. hot water
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook beef, onions, garlic and oil in heavy skillet until the onions are soft and the beef is crumbly.
Add salt, rosemary, pepper, tomato paste and hot water.
Mix well and simmer, uncovered, about 30 minutes.
