Chinese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie crust shell
Preparation
    Melt oleo; add sugar and vinegar.
    Add beaten eggs and mix well.
    Add pecans, raisins, coconut and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust shell.
    Bake for 40 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
