Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese (3 pkg.)
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pie filling
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Place one vanilla wafer on bottom of cupcake paper and put cream cheese mixture (first 4 items mixed together) on the wafer. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Place pie filling on top and cool. Makes 2 dozen.
