Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of ground cinnamon
    dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Whisk the eggs, milk, sugar and salt.
    Pour into 4 ungreased 8 ounce custard cups.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; pour hot water in pan to a depth of 2-inches.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
    Remove cups to a wire rack to cool.
    Serve warm or chilled.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
